1. Payment
The owner of the card used for payment must present this card on receiving the order. Credit Card payments are handled in a secure environment using SSL technology to transfer details securely. We accept 3D secure transactions.

If the shop offers a delivery service, the delivery drivers only carry up to £10 in change, payment must be in pound (£) sterling.

2. Returns & Refund

Due to the highly perishable nature of the goods we serve, returns must be notified within 10 minutes of you receiving your order.

In the event of the shop needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to credit your account within 7 – 10 working days.

Our goal is to provide the best takeaway delivery service possible which includes an excellent reputation for on-time delivery. Unfortunately things don’t always go to plan and factors, such as, weather and traffic conditions occasionally prevent us from achieving this.
